If you decide you want to return your purchase you have up to 30 days from date of purchase to inform us. Simply let us know whether you want an exchange or full refund and once we receive the product in it’s original condition we will arrange everything for you.
Yes you can. When we send your order, we will email you with confirmation details and a tracking reference code.
For all UK deliveries we use the Royal Mail special delivery service. This means your order is tracked and requires a signature on delivery.
For orders outside of the UK you will still receive a tracking code so you can follow the progress of your order.

Indeed we do, although we can’t offer free delivery for items delivered outside of the UK. Delivery costs will be added to your items on checkout.

Although we package everything as best as possible sometimes things happen out of our control. If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue as fast as possible.
If, when you receive your order you find an item missing (which of course we will try our best to ensure doesn’t happen), simply send us an email with your order info highlighting the missing item and we will send it to you.
Of course. Simply let us know within 30 days from the date of purchase what you would like to exchange it for, pop it in the post and when we receive it in its original condition we will send out the replacement.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
