As she describes, “I simply love the outdoors. The colours. How the weather can change the view. How the light can take a simple view and make it incredibly dramatic. I’m forever looking for my next adventure and, with all trips, I take hundreds of reference pictures to use as inspiration.
When painting, I love seeing how the painting begins to form. I use spray paint to get basic shapes and colour and then begin to add detail with acrylics.”

Fantastic selection of contemporary and thought provoking art works. Fools Gold A3 print received very promptly, packaged nicely with a certificate of authenticity which I thought was a lovely touch. Print itself of a very high quality on a very good heavy paper. Hand finished beautifully by the artist Paul Kneen in actual gold leaf. Lovely company, very professional yet friendly and approachable. Anna worked so hard on our logo and nothing was too much trouble, very talented artist, our bespoke logo was chosen from a range of handdrawn designs based on our brief. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will use again in the future.
Paul created the most spectacular mural on the wall of our children’s nursery, he went above and beyond in terms of the time spent and detail that went into the project, it is the best thing about the whole space and everyone is wowed when they see it for the first time. We are so grateful for his commitment and artistic flair which has made this room very special. One Wednesday Morning I woke up realising I had 24 Hrs to buy and obtain a 40th Birthday present for my Sister….then Paul Kneen’s new print on Creative Folk popped up on my Facebook feed….I saw ‘Behind Her Eyes Lay Secrets Untold’ and I had to have it….I knew she would love it…..I got in contact with Creative Folk and said – any chance of getting it to me in the next 24 hrs?? Well they couldn’t have been more helpful – they went out of their way to help me….and hurrah it arrived on time, nicely packaged and it was a great quality print….would I recommend Creative Folk to my friends and family…absolutely!
Once again creative folk have gone above and beyond to help out a young man who knew what he wanted to do but didn’t know where to start or how to do it. Paul got in touch with us and asked us if he could help, we loved the way he encouraged our son to be brave and no mater what it was all about the enjoyment that being adventurous and what making a start brings, and if mistakes are made you embrace them. This piece was completed over a weekend. Paul was patient, encouraging and went with what my son wanted, he got him to think out of the box with his colours and get experimental with his brush strokes. The anxiety levels came down and the laughter came forward. The memories created that weekend will stay with him forever and the art work for as long as wants. He loves lying in bed and looking at it. Paul you are one very talented man, but what we loved the most is that your thought and consideration for others and your offer of support, encouragement and help young talent to get started is amazing. Supporting youngsters with mental health issues to be brave and follow their dreams. We wish you all the best with your ventures and support you all the way. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.
