Virus is an enigma, an unknown. They first appeared on the scene in 2018 and all we know is they’re based in London and since 2018 have gone from strength to strength gaining a huge following on social media… and quite rightly so.
Focusing predominantly on portraits, Virus’s work mixes vivid abstract expression with human forms. There is a certain harmonious chaos and energetic poetry, resulting in contemporary eye-catching works of art.
Although we don’t know their identity, they certainly know how to balance abstract expression and detail. We love the energy and their bold use of colour, the works feel free and alive with enough detail to bring the whole piece together.
Although they’ve only been around a short time, Virus’s artwork is already being snapped up by collectors from the UK and US and we’re very pleased to be able to offer works by the elusive artist.
